Introducing: SnailGardN (HU)
The hungarian modern metal band SnailGardN has just released its second studio album, an EP named The Consumer. The band operates with different kinds of musical elements, mostly alternative metal, post-rock, progressive metal, nu metal, but you can even find some features of funky, industrial, pop and disco of the 80's in their music. The electronic tracks make it even more unique. The album contains 4 tracks which you can listen to here. They were mixed and mastered by Gábor Vári in Miracle Sound Studios in Szeged, Hungary. The songs offer loads of entertainment and diversity. One of the tracks is a cover: the boys rethought the famous soundtrack Hanging Tree of the movie The Hunger Games.

SnailGardN's first launched album is an LP with the title of On The Path. It was released in 2013, the mixing and mastering were made under their own hand. The lyrics are about diverse topics, like psychological problems of adolescence and youth, private life, depression, awaiting or motherhood. They released the album in an extraordinary way: they posted the songs one by one each day on the social media and YouTube. The artwork of the LP is also their own work.

Endless entertaining and humour are the characteristics of SnailGardN. Their shows are full of energy, motion and spectacularity, not to mention their perfect sound and musical experience live. The band has participated in many talent scouts with notable success. In 2010 they won first prize in the Erkel Student Festivities in Gyula. Their plans for the year 2020 are to make album release shows in Budapest and in som ecountry towns in Hungary. Later they will look towards foreign countries as well.
